ABOUT

Yumina Rosa Sheikh has studied and practiced human growth, spirituality and artistic expression her entire life. Her academic background is in interdisciplinary degree, B.A in philosophy, aesthetics and media science from University of Oslo and Goldsmiths University of London, and is currently completing her M.A Philosophy of Mind and Psychology from Tilburg University in Netherlands where she is writing a M.A thesis on philosophical counselling in context of spiritual-existential crisis. In addition to this, she is trained in trauma-informed (psycho) somatic therapy, and is currently under supervision with The Rosen Institute. Moreover, she offers possibility to explore spiritual-dialectic within context of spiritual-existential crisis, self-inquiry and introspection, helping individuals to make sense of both, their physical and immaterial reality. Furthermore, she is a flutist for over 10 years, and has offered flute-based guided breathe-work sessions since 2016.
