WELLBEING CONSULTANCY

Ethical Wellbeing Strategies, Mental Health Policy
& Safe-space Development

Gen Z and Millennials are placing greater importance on mental wellbeing, psychological safety, and inclusive environments. Research highlights a substantial need for workplaces and communities that foster trust, emotional security, belonging, and open communication. Creating psychologically safe spaces is therefore becoming an increasingly important consideration for organisations seeking to support the wellbeing of younger generations.

At InnerSublime, I recognise that wellbeing is not merely an individual responsibility, but an essential part of an organisation’s culture, values, and long-term sustainability.

My wellbeing consultancy services support private and public institutions, governmental organisations, and businesses in developing ethical, sustainable, and human-centred approaches to mental health and wellbeing.

Drawing on philosophical inquiry, ethics, emotional intelligence, and an interdisciplinary understanding of human behaviour, I offer tailored wellbeing programmes, strategic advisory services, and guidance on policy development and implementation.

I provide research-informed assessments and insights into psychological and emotional safety within workplaces, organisations, and the specific groups or communities they serve. This includes identifying emotional and psychological needs, potential risks, barriers to wellbeing, and opportunities to develop safer, more inclusive, and supportive environments through tailored policies and practical strategies. My research and advisory approach also considers the intersection of mental health, ethics, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), recognising their influence on psychological safety and organisational wellbeing.

Part of my work is also concerned with intersection between wellbeing and training AI with human needs at the centre. In addition to this, I can provide burn-out prevention plans at workplaces where this may imply.

My approach emphasises the relationship between individual wellbeing, organisational structures, and institutional responsibility. I aim to help organisations move beyond short-term wellbeing initiatives towards meaningful, practical, and lasting improvements in workplace culture.

My consultancy focuses on:

  • Wellbeing Strategy: Developing tailored mental health and wellbeing frameworks aligned with organisational needs and values.
  • Ethics & Policy Development: Supporting ethical decision-making and the development of human-centred wellbeing policies.
  • Implementation & Advisory: Guiding organisations in translating strategies and policies into practical initiatives.
  • Workplace Culture: Promoting emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and sustainable working environments.
  • Evaluation & Development: Supporting the ongoing assessment and refinement of wellbeing initiatives.

My objective is to help institutions and organisations cultivate environments in which human wellbeing, ethical responsibility, and institutional development can flourish together.

I am open to collaborate with other wellbeing professionals as well.

I look forward to work with you.
